Needed a return. Staff was unprofessional and unaccommodating. Beware of 20% restock fee if you need a different size even if the product is pristine. They won’t issue a return unless you send a photo of front and back. The told me to gift it to someone since shipping and restocking would be so high. Will never buy from them again.
