Return & Refund Policy

At Brown Caribou, our consumers have the full benefit over returning their purchased items for any unsatisfactory reason. We gladly refund our valued consumers for any unworn, unused, unwashed, or defective items purchased at browncaribou.com within 30 days after delivery.

What You Can’t Return?

Costumes are non-refundable items.

In the event of receiving a damaged or incorrect item(s) from our side, we’ll ensure a free return shipping course. Plus, no restocking fee will be applied on such returns (incorrect or damaged), and the consumer will be refunded in full. Otherwise:

• 20% restocking fee will be charged If the product is in first-class condition within 30 days from the date of delivery.
• 50% restocking fee will be charged when the product is even slightly used along with removed tags – if attached any at the time of delivery.

The consumer will pay the restocking and return shipping fees if the product is not damaged/incorrect.

When the product is delivered back to us, our team will examine the product, and within 72 hours consumer shall be refunded.
