However, the exchange policy will be initiated upon our standard terms. That include product integrity. In other words, the product should be in the same condition when the consumer has received it, along with all the labels attached (if included any by Brown Caribou). Additionally, our exchange policy won't be applicable for costumes.

Product shipping fares are paid by the consumer unless an incorrect/damaged product is delivered from our side. Certainly. In the event of wrong/damaged product delivery, we'll take care of all the shipping fares.
