Correct: Brown Caribou ensures quality measures in mind when it comes to Shipping the Product in your way. That means we inspect the parcel many times before it’s dispatched.

Our Shipping Policy is wrapped around streamlined proceedings that satisfy our consumers’ needs at all levels. 

Domestic Shipping Policy (US Only)

We offer Standard (Free) to Expedited ($9.95) shipping means. Select your appropriate shipping option in the checkout process.

  • Standard Free Shipping will take anywhere between 1-3 weeks at FREE of cost.
  • Expedited Shipping will take anywhere between 10-12 working days at $9.95 of cost.

For Costumes

  • Standard Free Shipping… 4-8 working days… FREE.
  • Expedited Shipping… 2-5 working days… $9.95.

 

Note

Brown Caribou is committed to timely delivery. However, order delivery delays due to the holiday season, busy staff, unpleasant weather conditions, shipper delays or any other external impediment are beyond our control. If any delays occur, we’ll let you know through emails, or vice versa: contact us at support@browncaribou.com, if you think your order is overdue. 

The Shipping Process

Once your order is shipped from our side, we’ll send you a shipment confirmation email along with your order tracking number(s).

Reminder: the tracking number(s) will be activated within 24 to 48 hours after receiving the email.

Crucial Facts You Must Know:

  • Contact your local post office when order tracking shows the product is delivered if you haven’t received it yet.
  • All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (customs, duties, taxes, etc.).
  • Contact the courier company and file a complaint about receiving a damaged parcel, as Brown Caribou is not responsible for that event.
  • You must save all the packaging materials before filing a complaint about the damaged product.
